Le Bon Choix began as a vision to create a full-service restaurant serving wholesome food, with fresh rotisserie chicken as the star of the show. We intended to serve our surrounding community in a casual and intimate atmosphere. Our number one rule has always been to never sacrifice on the quality and wholesomeness of our food. Our chicken has and always will be free range, all natural, 100% vegetarian fed, fresh, locally sourced and incredibly delicious. This is our secret to consistently serving insanely flavorful and succulent chicken.
In 2014 this vision became a reality, our first restaurant opened in Ridgewood, NJ. Quickly following the Ridgewood open a second location opened and thrived in Hell’s Kitchen – New York City. Both restaurants take great pride in their juicy and flavorful chicken, perfectly cooked sides and balanced salads while delivering unparalleled full service to all of our guests. Le Bon Choix continues to merge the timeless essence of French rotisserie with southern American flavors.
Desiring to expand this success beyond the local market, Le Bon Choix chose franchising as the next step. Through rigorous adherence to the founding principles, practices, and procedures as implemented by our restaurant franchisees, Le Bon Choix will become the successful model to follow.
